Custom-size and large-diameter flanges
We manufacture flanges to your drawing in non-standard sizes, large diameters and special drilling. The video shows a DN 2400 PN10 plate flange being machined on our large lathe. Flanges are plasma-cut from plate, then turned and drilled on CNC machines.
We make flanges to drawing for old equipment, non-standard bolt patterns, and extra-thick or thin flanges.
Large flanges (DN 1000 and above) can be cut in one piece or in segments. Face type (RF, FF), spigot and holes are machined as required.
